Guy Levintin, Co-CEO and CFO
Guy Levintin is the Founding Partner, Co-CEO & CFO of BSD Capital LLC. Guy entered into the investment and capital market in 2011, joining his late brother, Nir. Together, they founded Levintin Real Estate LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in residential real estate investments in Florida specializing in international real estate tax investment structures.
He has purchased, improved and managed over 200 housing units in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
His previous work experience includes serving as CEO and Owner of TIG-ART in which he designed and manufactured unique, customized engine parts under the “Tig-Art” brand name. He later founded “Tig-Art Systems Design and Manufacturing Ltd.”, which developed special engines for military applications and members of the Israeli defense industry.
Guy Levintin attended Holtz -Air Force.
Sharon Sharaby, Co-CEO and COO
Sharon Sharaby is the Founding Partner, Co-CEO & COO of BSD Capital LLC. He has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate development in Florida focusing on acquisition, construction, and management of open shopping centers. Sharon specializes in land rezoning and maximizing building rights.
His previous work experience includes 25 years of activity in the production and trade of gold and diamonds.
