Koosh Living at Griffin Tops Off: Celebrating a Construction Milestone

We’re excited to share a recap of the Koosh Living at Griffin Top Off Event. This milestone celebration marked the completion of the building structure for Koosh Living at Griffin, a mixed-used residential and retail building in Dania Beach, Florida.

The event was a huge success, with over 150 guests in attendance, including city officials from Dania Beach, Hollywood commissioners, and the R.E.A.C.H foundation kids from Olsen Middle School. We were thrilled to see so many people come out to support this exciting project.

The construction team did an incredible job getting the building structure completed, and now it’s time to move onto the interior buildouts and building finishes. We can’t wait to see the final result when it’s all finished.
